As a Human Resources manager for Tadamun, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our diverse team of employees and volunteers to fulfill our mission effectively.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment process, cultivating employee relations, implementing training and development programs, managing performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with our values and objectives.
As a Field Officer dedicated to assessing families and communities in need and ensuring the efficiency of donations, you will be at the forefront of our humanitarian efforts, conducting comprehensive assessments to identify areas requiring assistance and evaluating the specific needs of families within those communities.
You will be the organization's metaphorical "boots on the ground".
We are seeking a highly skilled Donation transfer specialist to join- on a freelancer basis.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee the seamless transfer of donations received by the charity, ensuring that funds are processed accurately and transferred efficiently to the beneficiary.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating with beneficiaries to ensure a smooth transfer handled with the utmost dignity and respect for the recipient, recording and categorizing donations, safeguarding recipient information ensuring data security and privacy.
